The latest from the cloud presented with traditional Berlin industrial flair

Following last year's sensational success, our client Snowflake turned to STARK! Marketing to stage the German world tour event again in 2023. Our brief was clearly defined: This year's event in Berlin was once again to be one of the highlights of the 26 stops on the worldwide tour. With an extraordinary location, diverse networking opportunities, and after-show party that was cool in every respect, the team more than delivered on its promise.

This year, more than 900 guests – twice as many as in 2022 – accepted Snowflake's invitation to the Westhafen Event & Convention Center (WECC). The former warehouse, which unites industrial architecture and state-of-the-art technology to great effect, is located at Westhafen in Berlin, right next to the Spree River. The unique location of the WECC made it a very special venue highlight: During interesting sessions, in high-caliber executive meetings, and at 20 partner booths, participants discovered the latest from the data cloud sector – and not just on land. There was also a unique floating seminar room directly in front of the listed former warehouse: A climate-neutral seminar ship had moored at its own jetty for the event and welcomed participants with its own special flair.

Guests were treated to culinary highlights on several floors throughout the day. Besides various catering stations, a donut wall and a candy bar added sweet highlights. In the evening, the WECC revealed its relaxed, casual side – with an after-show program that was "cool" in every respect. While an ice sculptor amazed everyone with his frozen works of art, a DJ played the perfect tunes to create a cool party atmosphere and a great vibe.
